A sense of natural balance defines this impressive First Nations Cultural Center. This complex and beautiful space combines dramatic graphic panels with displays of historical artifacts. In addition, unlike most conventional museums, this is a multifunctional space, which can be used as an event facility. Unseen to the everyday visitor, the entire exhibition was fabricated using ultra light materials and can hoist to the ceiling like a theatre backdrop, converting the space into a conference area.
As with all First Nations Exhibits, sensitivity and respect for all artifacts was essential. In all cases, the greatest care was taken, both in handling and with respect to their cultural importance.
