Telus World of Science S.P.A.C.E Gallery

The S.P.A.C.E. Gallery is all about the very beginnings of our solar system, stars, planets, and much more. Co-designed by TWOSE Director of Exhibits, Milan Krepelka, and Jeff Kennedy & Assoc, this immersive space takes visitors on a journey of discovery into space.

Completed in 2018, this beautifully-lit gallery is filled with Interactive exhibits that help guests unravel the mysteries of our solar system and beyond. An ingenious Black Hole game warps space-time and lets visitors observe mysterious gravitational effects on a rogue asteroid. An immersive full-sized moon rover has participants taking a drive across the lunar surface. A 40-ft long Rocket Launch area has users working out the physics of rocket flight, then launching air-driven rockets to test the accuracy of their calculations. A spectacular, illuminated set of scale models of the planets show the relative sizes of the worlds that make up our solar system. The S.P.A.C.E. Gallery is sure to inspire a new generation of scientists, astronomers, and astronauts.
